This entitles Associations to receive FULL benefits.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
This entitles Associations to participate in our National Championships and to receive correspondence pertaining to the progress of CANA.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
This entitles the individual to participate in our National Championships and to be eligible for the Championship and Touring Teams and to receive correspondence pertaining to the progress of CANA.

COST
Full membership – $4.50 per player per year.
Associate Membership – $225.00 per Association per year.
Social Membership – $25.00 per person per year.
Social Membership – $ 25.00 per person per year.
